Post-install: PC/OS 2009v2 - Kopete - temporary fix

If installing Kopete under PC/OS 2009v2, you will also need to install the following packages:

kdebase-runtime (and associated packages - say yes when asked to mark)
kwalletmanager (I guess it can still open a wallet without this, but I'd say it should at least be a suggested package.)

Somehow the dependencies are not being checked to make sure you have enough of KDE installed to run Kopete (this didn't seem to be a problem with the first distribution release). If you don't install these packages, then Help does not work, when asked initially to set up an account, you are presented with an empty box, instead of a list of IM services, and the preferences are equally devoid of content.

I don't know if this is something that the PC/OS people or Xubuntu people need to address, but untill it does get addressed, this is the fix.
